Zucchini Bumber Crop:
A Simple Way to Store Your Garden Goodies

It’s zucchini season and oh my I have so many! In order to make them easy to use (and not waste them), I freeze them.  

I wash them, grate them, and then fill an ice tray. Once they’re frozen, I pop them out and store them in a freezer gallon bag.

Now I can add them to smoothies, soups, stir fry, or any veggie saute. It makes it super convenient for Breakfast Bread!  Make sure to check out that recipe.  It’s a staple in my house!
